EARLY INTERVENTION

FAMILY-LED, CASA SUPPORTED

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

At the heart of our Early Intervention Program is a simple belief: strong families build strong communities.

We partner with parents and caregivers to provide guidance, practical resources, and compassionate support during times when a little extra help can make a lasting difference. By working with families early, we can help strengthen connections, promote stability, and address challenges before they become a crisis.

Our team works alongside each family to recognize their strengths, understand their unique needs, and connect them with meaningful services and community resources. Whether a family needs help accessing basic necessities, navigating services, strengthening parenting skills, or simply having someone in their corner, we are here to help.

Through early support and meaningful connections, we help families build stability, resilience, and hope—creating stronger foundations for children to thrive.

By offering personalized support, community-driven partnerships, and proactive intervention, our program strives to break cycles of poverty, reduce unnecessary family separation, and empower families to thrive.

WHO WE SERVE

CASA’s Early Intervention Program is available to any families with children who could benefit from additional support, guidance, or connection to community resources.

Families may:

  • Refer themselves to the program when they recognize a need for additional support.

  • Be referred by a community partner or professional, such as a school, healthcare provider, social service agency, or other organization.

  • Be connected to the program by someone who recognizes that the family may benefit from additional resources and support.

Participation in the Early Intervention Program is completely voluntary. Regardless of how a referral is made, the family chooses whether to participate and works collaboratively with our team to identify their needs, strengths, and goals.

Our purpose is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for families to meet them where they are, build on their strengths, and connect them with support that can help their family thrive.

OUR SERVICES AT A GLANCE

Our Early Intervention Program follows a six-step framework designed to provide individualized, family-centered support from the first connection through completion. The process begins with Family Intake, followed by a Family Meeting to build relationships and learn more about the family. A Needs Assessment helps identify strengths, challenges, and priorities, which are used to develop a personalized Family Roadmap with clear goals and next steps. During Services & Check-Ins, our team connects families with resources, provides ongoing support, and monitors progress. The process concludes with Completion, recognizing the family’s progress and ensuring they have the tools, connections, and resources needed to move forward with greater stability and confidence.
