EARLY INTERVENTION
FAMILY-LED, CASA SUPPORTED
The intent of the Early Intervention Program is to strengthen family stability and prevent agency intervention across West Virginia by addressing urgent needs and offering long-term support services.
CASA staff will work alongside families facing challenges to provide immediate relief—such as food and essential resources—while guiding them toward long-term stability. Through education and connected support, families gain access to opportunities that help them build a reliable income, develop career pathways, and strengthen financial security, ensuring lasting self-sufficiency.
